What Attendee Insights Provides

Attendee Insights gives you a complete picture of a single attendee’s activity at your conference — from the moment their ticket was purchased to every session they attended, every sponsor who scanned them, and every coin they collected. This article explains how to open Attendee Insights, what each tab shows, and how to use the Attendees Dashboard and export options.

Recognizing Ticket Types at a Glance

In the attendee list, each attendee’s ticket is shown as a button labeled with the ticket name. The button uses the color assigned to that ticket type, allowing you to quickly distinguish attendees (e.g., VIP vs. Standard).

CRM Integration

From Attendee Insights, you can import the attendee into your CRM or open their profile directly in CRM. This allows you to use attendee data for future events and analysis.

Tips

  • Use the Timeline when an attendee contacts support about missing badges, coin balance, or check‑in issues — you can see exactly what happened and when.
  • Check badge entries if an attendee has multiple badges; invalidated badges clearly show who cancelled them.
  • Share sponsor lead entries with sponsors who ask how they connected with a particular attendee.
