September means one thing in events: everyone's back, and suddenly there's a lot to catch up on.
In this one, Prof. Stefan Luppold sits down with our CEO Adis Jugo to talk through the summer in the events industry, what's new at run.events, and what's coming next — including our new pricing model.
If you're planning your next event, comparing platforms before budget season, or already running events with run.events, this 55-minute chat is worth your time.

00:02:12 [Speaker 1]
Hello, everyone.
00:02:14 [Speaker 1]
Just suddenly, the summer is gone, and it's time for the brand new series of the Run Events webinars.
00:02:24 [Speaker 1]
The difference is that Run Events webinars will be in future hosted by all different Run Events people and friends and everything.
00:02:32 [Speaker 1]
And with that, my name is Adi Shugo.
00:02:36 [Speaker 1]
I'm the CEO and founder run of Run Events, and my extraordinary pleasure is to welcome our friend, our advisory member board, and somebody who I always, talk to when I need answers and some questions and, as a trusted adviser.

00:02:53 [Speaker 1]
Professor Stefan Lupold.
00:02:54 [Speaker 1]
Stefan, welcome.

00:02:56 [Speaker 2]
Oh, good afternoon.

00:02:58 [Speaker 1]
Good afternoon, Stefan.
00:03:00 [Speaker 1]
When we were thinking about how to start, how to relaunch the the run event, webinar series after after the the, summer break, We had many questions, but, we didn't only we were two were immediately, not even asked or not even who we are going to call.
00:03:21 [Speaker 1]
It was you and what we are going to talk about.
00:03:24 [Speaker 1]
And, it seemed that for the past two or three years, we can't stop talking about anything else but AI.
00:03:31 [Speaker 1]
However, I personally am a bit tired of, reducing it to, asking Chat three p t for the new ideas for the speaker presence or anything like that.

00:03:45 [Speaker 1]
What are you using AI for now nowadays, Stefan?

00:03:49 [Speaker 2]
Well, first of all, Adi, thank you for inviting me, and, happy that you mentioned in one of your posts that we don't don't wanna, talk about baby questions, this afternoon.
00:04:04 [Speaker 2]
We still have to do that as long as we, invite people who are just starting with, AI thoughts and, learning more about that.
00:04:16 [Speaker 2]
So we have to to work in that.
00:04:17 [Speaker 2]
But, of course, you have plenty of more questions and, those are, concerning areas like processes, like, making money, like, matchmaking and others.
00:04:30 [Speaker 2]
And, we have to think about that, because this is where we can looking at the project, the magic triangle, with time and money, and quality where we can work with AI, definitely.

00:04:46 [Speaker 2]
So I understood, Adis, that you are going to tell us, of course, a bit about the progress, within the last couple of weeks.
00:04:56 [Speaker 2]
And, as I understood, and as I know, there's sometimes a progress between yesterday and today.
00:05:04 [Speaker 2]
So, well, yeah, happy to, go through these different areas, and maybe we can then also, you mentioned, put that on a letter or so, which is more important, where should we start get start with.
00:05:20 [Speaker 2]
It's a bit a little bit, depending on the reason why.
00:05:25 [Speaker 2]
So, yeah, would you like to point out, progress, first of all?

00:05:32 [Speaker 1]
I I I will.
00:05:33 [Speaker 1]
I definitely will.
00:05:34 [Speaker 1]
And I need to say this webinar today is going to be about our fellow event organizers, event professionals.
00:05:43 [Speaker 1]
Of course, we do event for the audience, for the people who come there.
00:05:46 [Speaker 1]
That that's the reason why we have so much passion so much passion about events and, everything.

00:05:53 [Speaker 1]
But sometimes, I scroll through my LinkedIn, and I see the event organizer, event professionals, complaining which right all the time, how little time they have, and, and, how, they don't have enough time to create this stuff, creating stuff for all the all the other things which, we need to do.
00:06:12 [Speaker 1]
In the same time, I have got a beautiful message, on WhatsApp from my one of my dearest friends, who has had to do with, with events.
00:06:23 [Speaker 1]
He is a teacher, and he sent me a song.
00:06:27 [Speaker 1]
He became grandfather, recently.
00:06:30 [Speaker 1]
And I know that he's also a poet.

00:06:32 [Speaker 1]
He writes he writes poetry, but he was never a musician.
00:06:34 [Speaker 1]
So for Stefan and me, it's a bit difficult to understand because, Stefan and me both share our passion for music and guitar, beside passion for events.
00:06:43 [Speaker 1]
But Dennis, isn't a musician.
00:06:46 [Speaker 1]
He's a poet.
00:06:46 [Speaker 1]
He wrote a nice poem, to his new born, grandson, and he let an AI compose it.

00:06:57 [Speaker 1]
It was lovely.
00:06:59 [Speaker 1]
It was dreadful in the same time.
00:07:01 [Speaker 1]
In one, reaction that I've wrote on LinkedIn, I don't want AI to write point your, compose music for me.
00:07:08 [Speaker 1]
I can do that better than AI.
00:07:09 [Speaker 1]
I want AI.

00:07:13 [Speaker 1]
I think I can at least.
00:07:14 [Speaker 1]
I hope I can.
00:07:15 [Speaker 1]
I I want AI to do the stuff which are boring for me, repetitive, which I can without losing any point of creativity.
00:07:25 [Speaker 1]
But I think these are still in advance.
00:07:29 [Speaker 1]
I don't know how do you see that, but this is what we are going to talk basically.

00:07:35 [Speaker 2]
Yeah.
00:07:36 [Speaker 2]
Well, that sounds interesting, Adi.
00:07:38 [Speaker 2]
And I think, because we are always discussing, for instance, poetry and AI.
00:07:47 [Speaker 2]
So how can we replace people by AI writing poems or, songs and movies, creating movies.
00:07:58 [Speaker 2]
But what I see is and that, I guess, that's what the two of us are going to do is using AI to, organize some spare time for us that we can write poems then.

00:08:13 [Speaker 2]
And, of course, to run better events, at least.

00:08:18 [Speaker 1]
Right.
00:08:19 [Speaker 1]
And, this is this is exactly what, was he, wanted there.
00:08:23 [Speaker 1]
Stefan asked him to say, where is the progress, where is the progress nowadays?
00:08:29 [Speaker 1]
Well, I can basically, say mostly what we in Run Events are doing.
00:08:33 [Speaker 1]
I will be I will be showing few things today.

00:08:35 [Speaker 1]
This is still a Run Events webinar.
00:08:37 [Speaker 1]
However, it will not this is not going to be a demo.
00:08:40 [Speaker 1]
If you take a few inspirations and few in inputs, I I will be, more than happy, for that.
00:08:46 [Speaker 1]
We have been investing a lot of time really in the processes, in automating processes in the back office, in the back end, from from the AI.
00:08:56 [Speaker 1]
Many of our, many of our viewers, the people who are following our webcast know that beside the run events, I'm also passionate in event organization, with ECS and, everything.

00:09:10 [Speaker 1]
And there are few repetitive things like support, like, answering answering all the refund cases because we have an event with 3,000 people.
00:09:22 [Speaker 1]
Out of 3,000 people, there will always be 50 to 100 to 150 cancellations for all different reasons.
00:09:28 [Speaker 1]
People get sick.
00:09:29 [Speaker 1]
People can't do it.
00:09:33 [Speaker 1]
School holidays, for them the same time.

00:09:35 [Speaker 1]
And it's always a question, can they cancel their tickets?
00:09:39 [Speaker 1]
Of course, they can start cancellation process.
00:09:42 [Speaker 1]
In self-service, but somebody needs to automate that refund refund approval with, with yes and no.
00:09:49 [Speaker 1]
And can we trust, for example and it is really a matter of trust.
00:09:54 [Speaker 1]
Can we trust AI to analyze refund requests?

00:10:00 [Speaker 1]
So money return, man money refund to our, attendees.
00:10:08 [Speaker 1]
We can put a few ground rules.
00:10:09 [Speaker 1]
Let's say one month, generally, until one month or two months before the the, event, each refund request is returned.
00:10:17 [Speaker 1]
No questions, no questions asked, because this is how it should be and this is how it's slow.
00:10:23 [Speaker 1]
Well, in last month or two months, the the law says you don't need to refund, those tickets because, law considers that the you started all the delivering the service, which is the part of that.

00:10:37 [Speaker 1]
However, this is not black and white.
00:10:39 [Speaker 1]
This is not only, if yes or no.
00:10:43 [Speaker 1]
It is more like somebody got sick.
00:10:45 [Speaker 1]
Some but there are some other reason.
00:10:47 [Speaker 1]
There's always a human element in deciding saying, yeah.

00:10:50 [Speaker 1]
That's fine.
00:10:52 [Speaker 1]
Here's a full refund, or here is maybe a voucher for the next year.
00:10:56 [Speaker 1]
So those are the things that we are dealing with for decades, in this industry.
00:11:03 [Speaker 1]
What about would you trust Stefan leaving those kind of decision which involve a bit of human touch and human understanding to AI?

00:11:14 [Speaker 2]
Well, of, of course, I I think as long as it's based on, on experience and processes we know already.
00:11:22 [Speaker 2]
So, and give a flexibility to the system, concerning the interpretation of the situation.
00:11:30 [Speaker 2]
That's that's one thing.
00:11:32 [Speaker 2]
You mentioned that already.
00:11:33 [Speaker 2]
It's not a yes or no.

00:11:35 [Speaker 2]
Sometimes it's just to give you an example, if this is, a long time, customer attendee, now it's fourth time in a row attending.
00:11:49 [Speaker 2]
We we have to take that into consideration.
00:11:51 [Speaker 2]
And, of course, we have to, make the AI understanding that this is one factor out of many others, for a decision.
00:12:00 [Speaker 2]
And then we can, of course, start an automation in that, process flow.
00:12:08 [Speaker 2]
That's what I mean.

00:12:09 [Speaker 2]
So we can.
00:12:11 [Speaker 2]
Yes.
00:12:11 [Speaker 2]
We can trust.

00:12:13 [Speaker 1]
I am on your side.
00:12:14 [Speaker 1]
But then again, the second question, we will always get but who is going to bring to, to build this process for, flow for me?
00:12:21 [Speaker 1]
Who is who is going to make all that happen?
00:12:24 [Speaker 1]
Yes.
00:12:24 [Speaker 1]
Ideally, we can give it to AI, but it's not like each time I get an email with the refund request, I'm going to copy that email and paste that in chat GPT or, call the asking, should we refund this?

00:12:35 [Speaker 1]
This is not how this something can work.
00:12:37 [Speaker 1]
Well, in the past months, we have in the run events, been working a lot on something which is called agent apps.
00:12:45 [Speaker 1]
And this is for the first time, the time proudly showing this, on the screen.
00:12:49 [Speaker 1]
So Stephanie didn't even know this this would be an announcement of a sort.
00:12:54 [Speaker 1]
So there it is.

00:12:55 [Speaker 1]
Let me just, if I learn how to share a screen in this very new software of ours that we are using, what you see now on the screen are run events agent apps.
00:13:08 [Speaker 1]
And I'm going to create a new app, here, and I'm going to call it a refund refund app where we are basically going to say, hey.
00:13:18 [Speaker 1]
Take get each refund request which comes to us.
00:13:23 [Speaker 1]
Analyze it, make the decision, and decide if the money, should be returned if the ticket should be canceled and money returned of that.
00:13:31 [Speaker 1]
We're going to use our AI, Genie, Amal, which we which we are, which we are using again.

00:13:38 [Speaker 1]
And look what I'm doing.
00:13:40 [Speaker 1]
I'm not even building that app, manually myself.
00:13:43 [Speaker 1]
I'm just basically going to put this as a requirement to Amal.
00:13:49 [Speaker 1]
Let me just make this a little larger so that our as you can see that, basically, Moshef answered the attendee source, we need to see if, if if a former attendee, if there's, things like health issues or whatever involved to make that decision and to return money or not to return money.
00:14:13 [Speaker 1]
I'm just going I'm just sending this prompt as is.

00:14:17 [Speaker 1]
And this is a live demo, so it fails.
00:14:19 [Speaker 1]
Then demo gods are not with me.
00:14:21 [Speaker 1]
Hopefully, that's not going to, that's not going to, to fail.
00:14:25 [Speaker 1]
It's even giving me now the the let me so let me just no.
00:14:33 [Speaker 1]
It did fail for some reason.

00:14:36 [Speaker 1]
It says it's there.
00:14:37 [Speaker 1]
It's finished.
00:14:39 [Speaker 1]
Apply.
00:14:41 [Speaker 1]
Not particularly, beautiful in the first run, but it works.
00:14:46 [Speaker 1]
It basically created the whole flow from an or from an, from an manual trigger, which means the, the, attendee has requested the requested the, refund.

00:15:00 [Speaker 1]
And this is the main part here.
00:15:01 [Speaker 1]
This is the prompt that Anal decided to do whatever it was and said, pull the guy guidance, auto proof that attendee appears eligible, straightforward refund, especially the, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.
00:15:16 [Speaker 1]
If not sure, delegate to human.
00:15:20 [Speaker 1]
So we are back to the human in the loop.
00:15:23 [Speaker 1]
In if there's if there is, dilemma, should we, should we do a should we approve, this or not?

00:15:32 [Speaker 1]
Should we then it goes here.
00:15:33 [Speaker 1]
As you see, this old decision goes to manual review where a human operator isn't going to say, yeah.
00:15:39 [Speaker 1]
This this is going we are going to refund this or not.
00:15:43 [Speaker 1]
It took me twenty seconds to build this, of course, with run events.
00:15:47 [Speaker 1]
But what I'm trying to say, we are far away here in the mean meantime.

00:15:52 [Speaker 1]
We are a lot, we are much far away from the from the, how do I stop sharing here?
00:15:57 [Speaker 1]
I'm trying to stop sharing, people.
00:15:59 [Speaker 1]
Don't judge me.
00:16:01 [Speaker 1]
Oh, it's happened magically or good.
00:16:05 [Speaker 1]
I think it's the magic is called Anton.

00:16:07 [Speaker 1]
He's in the background.
00:16:08 [Speaker 1]
He's he's in the background of this.
00:16:11 [Speaker 1]
What I'm trying to say, this is the boring part of our job that we can outsource.
00:16:18 [Speaker 1]
This is just this is just one of those, but the the whole point here is really the trust.
00:16:24 [Speaker 1]
Of course, a lot depend on that prompt that has been generated for us.

00:16:29 [Speaker 1]
We can, of course, go in and tweak this prompt.
00:16:31 [Speaker 1]
We can add another action which Stefan mentioned, go and check the previous attendance, on on the previous intent previous additions, of this event.
00:16:41 [Speaker 1]
And if previous attendants are there, then approve automatically, etcetera etcetera.
00:16:46 [Speaker 1]
We can do a lot of lot of stuff with the relevant agents upstairs.
00:16:51 [Speaker 1]
But the main main point is here is the point of trust.

00:16:57 [Speaker 1]
And this is really we are running on LinkedIn, and you can start, you can start commenting things on LinkedIn.
00:17:04 [Speaker 1]
I would really like to hear, and Anton will be bringing those, messages to us.
00:17:13 [Speaker 1]
If you who are listening to us, if you are going if you would be willing to trust AI with the processes such as such as, basically, such as, basically, basically, the the, the refund request, which is a money question which which we need to which we need to know, which we need to do.
00:17:36 [Speaker 1]
Stefan, on the events that you have seen, what would you what would you say about that?

00:17:42 [Speaker 2]
Well, I I would ask, a question first, Adi, and that's about trusting.
00:17:48 [Speaker 2]
What do we have to trust?
00:17:50 [Speaker 2]
I think there are two things we have to or two parts of that, presentation we have to think about trusting.
00:17:59 [Speaker 2]
One is the, to to to generate, the right process, and the second is the operationals then.
00:18:07 [Speaker 2]
Working with that process on the refund issues.

00:18:11 [Speaker 2]
So, basically, we have, first of all, the creation of the process.
00:18:19 [Speaker 2]
And and at that point, I guess, we can if we have already a process in place, we can then, try to understand whether the AI generated one is is better and where and why.
00:18:31 [Speaker 2]
And secondly, then, which gives us the the the time for other, tasks is the operations on, the refunds.
00:18:42 [Speaker 2]
So, have you ever counted how many minutes, days, years, we can, win, we can get free, we can get for, playing the guitar, if we have such a process in time.
00:18:59 [Speaker 2]
And this also limits no.

00:19:02 [Speaker 2]
It strengthens, I guess, the trust because if there's one or two or three, failures.
00:19:10 [Speaker 2]
So, yeah, we do that as humans as well.
00:19:13 [Speaker 2]
But I I would say, yes, we have to trust in both the process and then the operational, use of that, AI, isn't it?

00:19:26 [Speaker 1]
To answer it's I'm I completely agree with you.
00:19:29 [Speaker 1]
And to answer your question, have you ever counted?
00:19:31 [Speaker 1]
We actually did.
00:19:32 [Speaker 1]
We have now decades of the support desk with ECS, and we were asking our genie human genie, Anastasia, our, our, lovely Estonian colleague, how much time and we're measuring how much time she was losing on what she and her team were losing on both on those stuff.
00:19:54 [Speaker 1]
Ticket cancellations.

00:19:55 [Speaker 1]
So ticket refunds are always in top five.
00:19:58 [Speaker 1]
This really is we are going to show a few more processes which are which are in top five.
00:20:03 [Speaker 1]
But we are now working with few customers, and we are talking about when we are talking, about top five processes, is something that always surprises me because I think I honestly think that would be one of the first things that you would figure out when you start with the event.
00:20:22 [Speaker 1]
It's the registration process.
00:20:25 [Speaker 1]
I think you will agree that many people and many organizations are struggling with it, how to do this in the best possible way, what are all the factor, how to do the pricing if the tickets are if the tickets are paid, how to do the price staging, the we have recently had the the the requirement that the prices should be different for the attendees from different countries.

00:20:51 [Speaker 1]
It's an international event, for a Canadian customer, but they are running it this year in Africa.
00:20:56 [Speaker 1]
And they want their African attendees to, to pay less than their North American or European attendees.
00:21:01 [Speaker 1]
I can completely understand why and the why is going that we could do that.
00:21:07 [Speaker 1]
It was involving multiple payment provider within one flow and everything and everything, but that flow seemed relatively complicated.
00:21:16 [Speaker 1]
Also, one of our common friend running many technical conferences have explained us how the process for the application for the attendees for the medical conference look like and how complex that can be.

00:21:33 [Speaker 1]
We have got an, we have gotten an, one of the examples from those medical conferences.
00:21:41 [Speaker 1]
Anto, don't mind.
00:21:43 [Speaker 1]
I'm going to try to share again.
00:21:48 [Speaker 1]
So where are we?
00:21:49 [Speaker 1]
Here.

00:21:53 [Speaker 1]
And this is the part of the agent apps, their smart registration forms.
00:21:58 [Speaker 1]
Let's say medical.
00:22:08 [Speaker 1]
And this is exactly, again, what we are doing here.
00:22:12 [Speaker 1]
We can take, we can take the the, the right, we can take the the AI, and I'm going to copy paste the requirements we have got for the registration from this, for this medical conference.
00:22:34 [Speaker 1]
From a to z, it's really how it should all be with all the with all the fields, with all the medical credentials, with all the stuff, the that, with all the stuff that need to be done in the process, the verification, document verification, scientific credential verification, everything is inside.

00:22:57 [Speaker 1]
Once and this is done and this is grokked and this is created, AI, in this case, the Run Events AI, is going to, offer us the full, the full, right, the full, registration proposal.
00:23:14 [Speaker 1]
And you see, this is even a tiny bit more complex than what we had than what we had before.
00:23:19 [Speaker 1]
We had really registration forms and everything.
00:23:22 [Speaker 1]
But even here, we have one AI decision built into the process.
00:23:28 [Speaker 1]
This is assistance trial, trial because lot of their customers are with the special needs.

00:23:33 [Speaker 1]
They are either in wheelchairs or they have, or they have any other, assistance needs, there.
00:23:41 [Speaker 1]
And building, for example, this kind of triage, to a normal software development could be insanely, difficult.
00:23:49 [Speaker 1]
Of course, you can say wheelchair, there's always a system triage, but there's many other cases.
00:23:53 [Speaker 1]
If you will try to try to list them all in one form, it could be a long form.
00:23:58 [Speaker 1]
And as you see here, there is basically a a prompt saying, hey.

00:24:03 [Speaker 1]
Decide based on those fields if this person should automatically get, assistance, with that.
00:24:11 [Speaker 1]
I'm going to save and publish this, this form as is and to show you how this form, which was only until a minute ago, it was a piece of text explaining what the what should be done.
00:24:25 [Speaker 1]
And in the preview, we have the full registration form built in, with multiple with multiple fields, with everything which is going on, with multiple pages, and with multiple decisions for this work.
00:24:40 [Speaker 1]
I'm pretty sure this just had saved seven days of work for someone.
00:24:46 [Speaker 1]
And in seven days, a lot of lot of other things, lot of other things can be, Anto, can you stop sharing for me somehow?

00:24:54 [Speaker 1]
For some reason, the stop sharing button is disabled on my side completely.
00:24:58 [Speaker 1]
I'm sorry.
00:24:59 [Speaker 1]
Thank you very much.
00:25:00 [Speaker 1]
I I think, Stefan, we just need days of work for someone here.

00:25:04 [Speaker 2]
Yeah.
00:25:05 [Speaker 2]
Yeah.
00:25:05 [Speaker 2]
Well well, Adi, let me point out one question or one, how to say, area of, related to AI.
00:25:16 [Speaker 2]
We are always discussing whether AI replaces, just tasks or jobs.
00:25:22 [Speaker 2]
And, of course, you if if you, based on your example of your presentation, we don't need people.

00:25:30 [Speaker 2]
We we we well, AI takes over the job, but we don't need people running that job.
00:25:38 [Speaker 2]
And, that doesn't mean, that we kick them out.
00:25:43 [Speaker 2]
That means we can, keep them to, to gain additional quality, for instance, additional services where it's required, isn't it?

00:25:57 [Speaker 1]
I I would I would fully agree with that.
00:26:00 [Speaker 1]
Recently, and I think I told you that I had a demo actually for American large American, health insurance, for run events where their c chief events officer asked me, can you save me time?
00:26:16 [Speaker 1]
And this boils down exactly on what you have just said.
00:26:19 [Speaker 1]
This is one to one to what you said.
00:26:21 [Speaker 1]
Because his team is 20 people.

00:26:25 [Speaker 1]
They are doing, he said, couple of 100 events per year.
00:26:29 [Speaker 1]
And he cannot get budget for more people, but I can save him time.
00:26:35 [Speaker 1]
And I can maybe save you or we with in Rally Bands can save him time, and we can save him that budget.
00:26:43 [Speaker 1]
That, if if there is no need for, for somebody to do seven days on the registration forms, that's also that's also, actually, the the that that person can focus on the things which are more needed and which are more urgent in the, in the event.

00:27:01 [Speaker 2]
Yep.
00:27:01 [Speaker 2]
That's what I see as well.
00:27:02 [Speaker 2]
Yep.
00:27:06 [Speaker 2]
Well, we, concerning different areas of our today's, session, I, think we should talk about sales a little bit as well if you would like to do that.
00:27:19 [Speaker 2]
Because, finally, if, Run Events is getting paid for innovation, for AI competence, and and so on, it's easy to to do that if we can, strengthen the sales as well.

00:27:36 [Speaker 2]
So one thing is, definitely, if you start earlier with a ready to publish, registration form, that helps, definitely.
00:27:46 [Speaker 2]
But there are, I guess, other areas as well, Adi.
00:27:51 [Speaker 2]
Or there there

00:27:52 [Speaker 1]
are many areas.
00:27:53 [Speaker 1]
I mean, we use I can tell you, I can can tell you we use run events a lot for finding potential customers, finding who would be our attendees or our exhibitors or our sponsors who are not yeah, they're on on our event, but who could be pretty much, pretty much ideal ideal customers or ideal prospects, for us.
00:28:20 [Speaker 1]
And we also really made the first internal pro production.
00:28:24 [Speaker 1]
We published it.
00:28:26 [Speaker 1]
We made the one thing that, each run events, event is now is an MCP server.

00:28:33 [Speaker 1]
Now this sounds like a total geek talk to everybody else who is not into this AI into AI stuff.
00:28:41 [Speaker 1]
Basically, MCP server is a protocol that you can give to any large language model, to any Claude, JetGPT, to Mistral, or however they are called to talk to a certain set of data.
00:28:57 [Speaker 1]
And with every run events event being an every, being an MCP server, that set of data is basically your event.
00:29:06 [Speaker 1]
So this is now the the advantage if you kept all your data at one place.
00:29:11 [Speaker 1]
This is something that I'm preaching for ten years now where the the data data quality is the main is the main, main joke.

00:29:19 [Speaker 1]
So but enough talking.
00:29:20 [Speaker 1]
Let let me just show you let me just show you this, what do what do I mean by that?
00:29:25 [Speaker 1]
For, Anthony, you're awesome.
00:29:28 [Speaker 1]
And this basically if you just go to MCP run events and put your event, you will see for every event, it's enabled by default.
00:29:35 [Speaker 1]
We don't charge for this, I mean, the this is not this is just part of standard run events, others.

00:29:42 [Speaker 1]
And this is our run events server.
00:29:44 [Speaker 1]
Now my weapon of choice is Mistral, but it can be called.
00:29:48 [Speaker 1]
It can be Chargept.
00:29:50 [Speaker 1]
It it can be whatever you, whatever you really want it to be.
00:29:54 [Speaker 1]
So what I'm going to do here now is to just say, hey.

00:29:58 [Speaker 1]
I want to use the MCP server for our last year's edition and, to say, what are the sessions from Martin Eakles?
00:30:16 [Speaker 1]
Martin is a dear friend of mine, speaker at our event.
00:30:18 [Speaker 1]
So if, if you are listening to this, hello there.
00:30:22 [Speaker 1]
I'm going to bring you, very much up to speed why this is, important and how this can be used, easily, to exactly what we are we are talking.
00:30:31 [Speaker 1]
I just need few sentence to develop the context here.

00:30:35 [Speaker 1]
It is going to ask, I mean, for, allowing us the if you can, if it can talk to run events.
00:30:40 [Speaker 1]
It, so it would first few seconds will go on that.
00:30:43 [Speaker 1]
I'm going to say, yes.
00:30:45 [Speaker 1]
This is perfectly fine.
00:30:46 [Speaker 1]
I can use I'm allowing it to use my data.

00:30:51 [Speaker 1]
And I'll now now I'm going to, say, okay, is I'm going to get the information about the sessions that mark Martin is talking about.
00:31:03 [Speaker 1]
And after it is done, I'm going to ask the follow ups question.
00:31:20 [Speaker 1]
So you'll see that, Martin is talking responsible AI innovation industry.
00:31:24 [Speaker 1]
I'm going to ask each other questions I'm talking about same topics.
00:31:27 [Speaker 1]
And as you see, I'm building the context here, but I'm not building the context out of nowhere.

00:31:32 [Speaker 1]
I'm building the context of a living event with its with its organizer, with its, attendees, with its, sessions, with its exhibitors, with its sponsors.
00:31:43 [Speaker 1]
And right now, when this con content is built, which is going to happen in a second, we can go and ask, use AI as we are using it to expanding marketing and sales reach.
00:31:55 [Speaker 1]
This is what we are doing it.
00:31:56 [Speaker 1]
And I can tell you, Araceli, we are doing it with a pretty good success.
00:32:00 [Speaker 1]
We have, obviously, like, 50% of the, returning attendees, but we always manage it now, especially with AI, to get new people who are always tell us, hey.

00:32:09 [Speaker 1]
Even after fifteen years, I did not know that your event exists.
00:32:13 [Speaker 1]
And this is always a nice stuff when you when you, basically get this.
00:32:16 [Speaker 1]
I don't know why it's taking a tick longer than it usually does, but it will it will probably get there now.
00:32:25 [Speaker 1]
And come on.

00:32:29 [Speaker 2]
While we're waiting, Adi,

00:32:30 [Speaker 1]
is there

00:32:30 [Speaker 2]
one question?
00:32:31 [Speaker 2]
Is this what you mean by, hyper personalization?
00:32:36 [Speaker 2]
Because Yeah.
00:32:37 [Speaker 2]
This is what you mentioned earlier.

00:32:39 [Speaker 1]
Among among the other things.
00:32:40 [Speaker 1]
I'm just waiting for it to finish.
00:32:41 [Speaker 1]
I don't know why taking so long.
00:32:43 [Speaker 1]
It's usually it's usually much faster.
00:32:44 [Speaker 1]
What we can do with this now, because we have now all the sponsors.

00:32:48 [Speaker 1]
We have all the sessions.
00:32:49 [Speaker 1]
We have everything else.
00:32:50 [Speaker 1]
I can start asking Mistral or whatever to do research.
00:32:55 [Speaker 1]
Who are my ideal customers in the region or in Germany or in Europe?
00:33:02 [Speaker 1]
Expanding expanding those regions.

00:33:04 [Speaker 1]
Mistral is just dying on me right now.
00:33:06 [Speaker 1]
Doesn't really matter.
00:33:07 [Speaker 1]
I can stop this one, and I'm going to ask it.
00:33:13 [Speaker 1]
Now create me five linked posts with everything you know, on this topic.
00:33:27 [Speaker 1]
This is how we can start with marketing.

00:33:29 [Speaker 1]
What we also did with this, we have all the sessions.
00:33:33 [Speaker 1]
We have all the attendees.
00:33:35 [Speaker 1]
What we did, Stefan, was, we have been analyzing all the sessions with all the attendees, doing person hyper, hyper personalized emails to every, yeah, for example, I'm already getting those.
00:33:49 [Speaker 1]
We were also getting hyper personalized emails for all of them, suggesting exactly those sessions that we have, that we have been talking about and inviting people to actually to actually come, to to the event, to, to the event, to this.
00:34:07 [Speaker 1]
For example, this is how those emails, how those emails have been looking like using exactly the same technology I I showed you in the background.

00:34:16 [Speaker 1]
You see, this is not a standard newsletter.
00:34:18 [Speaker 1]
And team said it this isn't a newsletter.
00:34:21 [Speaker 1]
It knows who I am, and it takes, my personal preferences, which it knows from my registration data or from from our community data and or from my previous, previous visits to our old event.
00:34:37 [Speaker 1]
And it is suggesting me the sessions which I should visit, the event, basically making me a hyper personalized email with the idea schedule.
00:34:49 [Speaker 1]
We didn't do it only with the schedule.

00:34:51 [Speaker 1]
We did it, also with the and let me show you this.
00:34:55 [Speaker 1]
We did it, also with the, with the exhibitors.
00:35:01 [Speaker 1]
So now think of the little bit of a democratization of exhibitors.
00:35:06 [Speaker 1]
Not all exhibitors have the same, have paid for the same, level of the or the boot size, whatever.
00:35:12 [Speaker 1]
But this is for our colleague, Oleg.

00:35:15 [Speaker 1]
He said, hey, Oleg.
00:35:16 [Speaker 1]
We know what is your passion.
00:35:17 [Speaker 1]
We know what are your interests.
00:35:19 [Speaker 1]
Those are the sponsors and exhibitors that you should visit in our booth.
00:35:24 [Speaker 1]
And always it's important.

00:35:26 [Speaker 1]
Always saying why.
00:35:27 [Speaker 1]
Why should he be visit eight points booth?
00:35:29 [Speaker 1]
Why should, he visit, BCCs or, silos booth, etcetera etcetera.
00:35:35 [Speaker 1]
What I'm trying to say once, when you have the context about the data, about the sessions, about exhibitors, about everything else, it can then easily it is very easy to start hyper, personalized emails to your past attendees or even to the groups that you discover in this way that I have shown you before with Mistral and making an outreach to them and then say, hey.
00:36:02 [Speaker 1]
You are because it's the IT conference.

00:36:04 [Speaker 1]
You are an IT people working in that company in Cologne.
00:36:08 [Speaker 1]
This is happening in your town or in your neighboring town.
00:36:11 [Speaker 1]
Those are 20 sessions that you think that are appealing for you.
00:36:15 [Speaker 1]
Join us for the discount of 20% or or whatever.
00:36:20 [Speaker 1]
This sounds like a science fiction, but it really isn't.

00:36:23 [Speaker 1]
This is actually this is actually your data.
00:36:27 [Speaker 1]
So, this is this is the pretty awesome thing, actually, for sales and for marketing.
00:36:34 [Speaker 1]
Mhmm.
00:36:35 [Speaker 1]
If, if this is what you wanted to to to see here.

00:36:38 [Speaker 2]
Yeah.
00:36:39 [Speaker 2]
Yeah.
00:36:39 [Speaker 2]
Yeah.
00:36:39 [Speaker 2]
Yeah.
00:36:39 [Speaker 2]
At least, now if we concerning the ideal process Mhmm.

00:36:45 [Speaker 2]
If we try to win, attendees and we have, of course, AI also for, to to support our analytics, if we see that we are missing the numbers so far, do you think we can readjust, the program also using AI for that reason?

00:37:05 [Speaker 1]
I I think I think so.
00:37:06 [Speaker 1]
I I think totally so.
00:37:08 [Speaker 1]
Because first of all, AI is not only generative AI, what we see, and the AI is not only the analytics.
00:37:17 [Speaker 1]
AI is also about predictions.
00:37:20 [Speaker 1]
It's good old machine learning that, you know, for decades now and the forks.

00:37:24 [Speaker 1]
And we are using machine learnings for ten plus years.
00:37:27 [Speaker 1]
That's pretty much on the market.
00:37:29 [Speaker 1]
And we are we really are, and I'm going to show you enough, and you already asked me.
00:37:33 [Speaker 1]
I'm going to show you now on the on the example of our our own event.
00:37:39 [Speaker 1]
Let me just show you again.

00:37:42 [Speaker 1]
So this is now the live data and but there's nothing there's nothing secret in this data.
00:37:48 [Speaker 1]
The entire screen, I need to show this.
00:37:52 [Speaker 1]
Okay.
00:37:52 [Speaker 1]
This is now the ECS, DCS in 2026, and I can see how many total attendees.
00:38:04 [Speaker 1]
This is just one of we we are always running three conferences in parallel.

00:38:08 [Speaker 2]
Do do you wanna share the screen?

00:38:10 [Speaker 1]
I, at least.
00:38:11 [Speaker 1]
Oh, I I thought I did.
00:38:13 [Speaker 1]
No.
00:38:14 [Speaker 1]
There's a so, No.
00:38:16 [Speaker 1]
This is one of the three conferences we have we have we have a European collaboration summit, European cloud summit, AI and cloud summit, and European and European, biz app summit.

00:38:26 [Speaker 1]
This is one of the three.
00:38:27 [Speaker 1]
So for the ECS, for the collaboration part, was taking, like, one one thousand twenty six.
00:38:32 [Speaker 1]
And I can say, hey.
00:38:33 [Speaker 1]
And how many how much of, of them Germany?
00:38:45 [Speaker 1]
And then you you are going to see all the all the questions about this is the analytics as we know and as we know from from everywhere.

00:38:52 [Speaker 1]
So this we get here, the country chart and everything.
00:38:57 [Speaker 1]
This is important but less important.
00:38:59 [Speaker 1]
Let me show you what it says for the for the, 2020, seven.
00:39:06 [Speaker 1]
Now this is for all three conferences together.
00:39:08 [Speaker 1]
This is for ECS seven seven.

00:39:10 [Speaker 1]
It suggests, 3,119 people.
00:39:16 [Speaker 1]
Why do you think that this year we will have more?
00:39:26 [Speaker 1]
This is really question as you can which you can ask as this.
00:39:29 [Speaker 1]
And it's going to tell you based on the last based on the last data, on the growth from the last data.
00:39:36 [Speaker 1]
Because we have, like, twenty twenty far, or 20% growth from year to year, pretty much, pretty much every year.

00:39:43 [Speaker 1]
So it calculated that our range is going to be up to up to, three hundred three hundred 3,119.
00:39:51 [Speaker 1]
And it showed us in which in which parts we are going to sell tickets the most.
00:39:57 [Speaker 1]
And it really does show, where our jumps are.
00:40:00 [Speaker 1]
And you see that we have always jumps in September, in November, December, and then the full take off full take off, in in, in, spring.
00:40:10 [Speaker 1]
RB basing and how much so how many much tickets, are we compared to the last year's?

00:40:25 [Speaker 1]
And I'm going to get the data.
00:40:27 [Speaker 1]
Yeah.
00:40:28 [Speaker 1]
We are pacing yeah.
00:40:30 [Speaker 1]
This is yeah.
00:40:31 [Speaker 1]
We are going to, we are pacing quite quite, some this is like total ticket sold.

00:40:37 [Speaker 1]
In 2021, we also had all three events together.
00:40:41 [Speaker 1]
And we have now but we are pacing now, like, 15 to 20 to 6%, more faster than we get than we get, in the last year and sales like this.
00:40:52 [Speaker 1]
Why am I showing this?
00:40:54 [Speaker 1]
This is, Stefan, our base is to say, we should push on the marketing.
00:40:59 [Speaker 1]
We should decrease the ticket price.

00:41:01 [Speaker 1]
We should increase the ticket price.
00:41:03 [Speaker 1]
This is where where really those things are going.
00:41:05 [Speaker 1]
This is one stuff.
00:41:06 [Speaker 1]
And now when you know your audience, we have this, I don't know, 700 people, which which are already logged in for which are already, in for this year.
00:41:17 [Speaker 1]
We can then actually really go and to go here.

00:41:22 [Speaker 1]
Where am I?
00:41:23 [Speaker 1]
I think I can I can do here in the ECS?
00:41:30 [Speaker 1]
Those are all the this doesn't matter.
00:41:35 [Speaker 1]
No.
00:41:35 [Speaker 1]
I don't have it open.

00:41:36 [Speaker 1]
I I thought I had it open, so I I don't want to lose times here.
00:41:39 [Speaker 1]
We can actually then go and analyze the sessions which we have for the, submitted here for the people and to see which sessions would fit better, maybe to change program, to announce new speakers, to ask AI.
00:41:55 [Speaker 1]
Now you have the profile of these 700 people.
00:41:58 [Speaker 1]
You know what they like.
00:42:00 [Speaker 1]
If you want to get another 700 people, get the sessions which they like to the more and try to get more of such a session.

00:42:07 [Speaker 1]
Those are the things we can do today.
00:42:09 [Speaker 1]
This is not this is not futuristic, projections.
00:42:12 [Speaker 1]
Those are the things which we can actually be doing doing today.
00:42:15 [Speaker 1]
And while you are now, commenting what I said, I'm even going to open and try to show it, like like this.
00:42:27 [Speaker 1]
So, right, let me just show you in a second how this really can work based on this this very same data.

00:42:45 [Speaker 1]
Yeah.
00:42:45 [Speaker 1]
Yeah.
00:42:45 [Speaker 1]
Okay.
00:42:46 [Speaker 1]
And I'm going to use this very event, which we have seen earlier.
00:42:55 [Speaker 1]
So this is this is the same data.

00:42:56 [Speaker 1]
You see, there's no there's no there's no any kind of going around it.
00:43:06 [Speaker 1]
And we need to wait a few seconds for this, to show up.
00:43:09 [Speaker 1]
And then we can actually start analyzing those sessions compared compared with those people.
00:43:14 [Speaker 1]
Those are all the things we could not could have not do it, two, three years ago.
00:43:18 [Speaker 1]
Today's, today, they are completely possible, and this is completely doable, doable what I'm what I'm here preaching and, and suggesting.

00:43:26 [Speaker 2]
And, Adis, what I understand is that if we have, spare time or free time, due to more AI, we can spend that here exactly.
00:43:38 [Speaker 2]
To, then to to reorganize, restructure, the program to add some, valuable areas where we can win more, attendees and so on.
00:43:54 [Speaker 2]
That's sometimes we are really like a lame duck.
00:43:58 [Speaker 2]
We just, we just, organize the the event, the conference.
00:44:05 [Speaker 2]
We don't have time to readjust.

00:44:08 [Speaker 2]
And that's, from my understanding and also from my experience, something, if we have the time, then we are happy, and we can, grow a much better, event finally.

00:44:22 [Speaker 1]
We can.
00:44:22 [Speaker 1]
And this is what what I'm also preaching.
00:44:24 [Speaker 1]
Humans are really good in creativity.
00:44:28 [Speaker 1]
Then you can go and search for the new speakers when you know what people want, what the attendees want to want to hear, which sessions they're gonna want to attend.
00:44:36 [Speaker 1]
You can go and try, to find more exhibitors, and you know even you know exact profile or a kind of swarm profile of your attendees.

00:44:47 [Speaker 1]
The big difference is here that we can now know those preferences.
00:44:51 [Speaker 1]
We can know them as the registrations go.
00:44:54 [Speaker 1]
I mean, from our existing and live 700, registrations, which are now for the events which is next May, we can very much extrapolate what those people want to want to attend, which session they they want to see.
00:45:11 [Speaker 1]
We lot of them have also been there in the previous years at our events.
00:45:16 [Speaker 1]
And then we also know their profile, what what kind of content they will want to see.

00:45:20 [Speaker 1]
Now we are not going into individual what does Stefan want to see or what does Adi's want to see.
00:45:25 [Speaker 1]
But it's more like, is this group of people more tending to to to a tech technology sessions or to business sessions or to best practices sessions?
00:45:34 [Speaker 1]
Those are the things we can definitely get, get and know and adjust everything

00:45:39 [Speaker 2]
that we are doing with this.
00:45:41 [Speaker 2]
And, again, I understand, Adi, that, this is something that you or run events deliver, because what I found out during the last years that everybody knows about a dashboard or something like that, but, it's it's quite an issue to set up, an an excellent dashboard.
00:46:04 [Speaker 2]
But if you have the experience, don't wanna say a standard, but, of course, something like that.
00:46:11 [Speaker 2]
Out of, many, many other events, for me, that's so helpful.
00:46:16 [Speaker 2]
I don't need to invent that.

00:46:18 [Speaker 2]
I can just take it and use it.

00:46:24 [Speaker 1]
Exactly.
00:46:24 [Speaker 1]
And we are trying to commoditize that.
00:46:29 [Speaker 1]
We are really trying to to make this available to all event organizers, event professionals.
00:46:37 [Speaker 1]
They don't need to be AI gurus to do this.
00:46:40 [Speaker 1]
This is also one thing.

00:46:42 [Speaker 1]
You can just, you can just go and use, run events to get exactly that information and to start basically planning off that.
00:46:54 [Speaker 1]
We are taking that data scientist role, not a bay, but there's those data science scientists were really hard to get, and we feel we have all been promising ourselves, oh, this time we are going to do spectacular analysis of our of our last event so that we know what we are going to do better on the next one.
00:47:16 [Speaker 1]
Now there's there's no need for spectacular analysis.
00:47:19 [Speaker 1]
Spectacular analysis is there on the with with two or three prompts, and you can actually then use your human creativity to make the decisions you need to make.

00:47:31 [Speaker 2]
That sounds great.
00:47:34 [Speaker 2]
Adi, we do not have any questions in the chat so far.

00:47:39 [Speaker 1]
Not for now.

00:47:40 [Speaker 2]
Should we reask Anto the Yes.
00:47:44 [Speaker 2]
Our attendees?
00:47:46 [Speaker 2]
And, because looking at the time, I guess, this would be the right time now for questions as long as we are around.

00:48:01 [Speaker 1]
While, while we are waiting for that, let me show you one thing, and, Anton, this is now going to be something completely different.
00:48:11 [Speaker 1]
Something that I'm very proud of.
00:48:13 [Speaker 1]
We have relaunched our community portal, Stefan.

00:48:16 [Speaker 2]
Yeah.
00:48:17 [Speaker 2]
Okay.

00:48:17 [Speaker 1]
We don't preach water and, and drink wine.
00:48:21 [Speaker 1]
We preach wine and drink wine.
00:48:23 [Speaker 1]
So, of course, so for all Run Events existing customers, so for the people who want to know what Run Events, is and how, how they do, they can just come here.
00:48:34 [Speaker 1]
They can browse the knowledge base.
00:48:35 [Speaker 1]
Everything is there about Run Events, or they can just ask the questions.

00:48:38 [Speaker 1]
Hey.
00:48:39 [Speaker 1]
What's the right way to configure ticket types?
00:48:49 [Speaker 1]
And you are going to get step by step guidance, with screenshots, with links, with everything.
00:48:57 [Speaker 1]
This is your perfect perfect helper with strong events, everything what to do.
00:49:01 [Speaker 1]
Or even, hey.

00:49:03 [Speaker 1]
Can I, visually create agenda?
00:49:18 [Speaker 1]
And this will also perfectly easily work, and you will get you will get all the all the information all the inter information, you need.
00:49:27 [Speaker 1]
You can post your ideas.
00:49:30 [Speaker 1]
We have all the all the one about, batch designer.
00:49:34 [Speaker 1]
You can you can see all the new releases here.

00:49:37 [Speaker 1]
For example, there is a there is a release, there is a release about MCP server here, which just came, recently in August.
00:49:45 [Speaker 1]
Or you can connect to the other community members and even start, chatting with them.
00:49:50 [Speaker 1]
Do I have Anto here?
00:49:51 [Speaker 1]
I don't.
00:49:52 [Speaker 1]
But I have a our colleague, Damir, and you can just start connecting with the other community members.

00:49:57 [Speaker 1]
This is also built completely the running running events technology and the running events smart hub.
00:50:01 [Speaker 1]
So if you want to be in contact with us, please, please feel free.
00:50:05 [Speaker 1]
Come join the community, ask the questions, get the answer immediately from the AI, or just use this form to contact us directly and get answer from us.
00:50:16 [Speaker 1]
That's what I wanted to show.
00:50:17 [Speaker 1]
This this is one thing I would like to, invite our our, customers and the everybody else to join us, to join us in the to run run events even even more awesome in this case.

00:50:33 [Speaker 1]
Great.
00:50:34 [Speaker 1]
No questions.
00:50:37 [Speaker 1]
Stefanie?

00:50:38 [Speaker 2]
No no questions so far.
00:50:39 [Speaker 2]
We have I have a a last area of, how to say potential discussion.

00:50:46 [Speaker 1]
Mhmm.

00:50:46 [Speaker 2]
That's about the program and how to set up a scientific program because that's what I know from my, forty forty years of experience in that area that, sometimes it's hard to convince a committee that the program has to be set up by people outside of the com committee.
00:51:12 [Speaker 2]
But how to say forty years, that's two generations.
00:51:17 [Speaker 2]
I guess those who are now in charge know about how, important it is to get the, the full view and to use tools or agents from AI, and to maybe combine the own experience and expectation as well together with what AI can, configure us as a program, isn't it?

00:51:45 [Speaker 1]
It's it's this is totally true.
00:51:47 [Speaker 1]
I mean, I mean, again, the best would be to answer to answer on on the on the, knowledge that she have from our role.
00:51:56 [Speaker 1]
And then sometimes you get five or six submissions about one topic.
00:52:00 [Speaker 1]
And then you need to choose who is the best, fit for for your agenda.
00:52:04 [Speaker 1]
Maybe because we could think maybe one or two, but not all, five or six about, about one topic.

00:52:10 [Speaker 1]
And with we had almost 2,000 submissions every year.
00:52:14 [Speaker 1]
Just to go to 2,000 submissions for our content team.
00:52:17 [Speaker 1]
And as you said, we delegated to our content team to the external experts.
00:52:21 [Speaker 1]
It's not it's not our people, who are in the content team.
00:52:24 [Speaker 1]
But even for them, to go to 2,000 sessions, it's insane.

00:52:27 [Speaker 1]
It's it's a lot.
00:52:29 [Speaker 1]
It's really, it really is a lot.
00:52:31 [Speaker 1]
So what we did a few things is, we use AI first to find out duplicates or sessions which are very similar to find the which are the best, best fit for the for the, our conference, and our current current topics and the current focus.
00:52:52 [Speaker 1]
And, but also to suggest the best schedule.
00:52:55 [Speaker 1]
Because scheduling is extremely difficult because if the event is three days, and Stefan says I can I can come only on the day three?

00:53:03 [Speaker 1]
And I'll try to keep that in the mind all the time and not to disappoint Stefan or not to disappoint somebody else with the with the scheduling.
00:53:10 [Speaker 1]
It is not an easy it is really not an easy work, and the work on agenda and on scheduling and on abstracts and the abstracts evaluation is probably one of the most important streams we are all we're all doing.
00:53:24 [Speaker 1]
It is still in human hands, and it needs to be in human hands.
00:53:26 [Speaker 1]
I don't think or I don't hope that we will ever come to the point where AI, puts a program together.
00:53:32 [Speaker 1]
I I sincerely hope that we don't.

00:53:35 [Speaker 1]
What AI can do is to group the program by the block.
00:53:38 [Speaker 1]
So say, hey.
00:53:38 [Speaker 1]
Those are all the sessions about the topic x, and those are all the sessions about topic y.
00:53:43 [Speaker 1]
Those are the best fit.
00:53:44 [Speaker 1]
You choose what is the best.

00:53:47 [Speaker 1]
This is how I would, suggest to put the schedule together, to put the agenda together, not to have topics overlapping, in in the same slot.
00:53:57 [Speaker 1]
Because even if you have two sessions about the same topic, you don't want to have them in the same slot probably because, then you will have, and to ask him, should I go left or right, the where I want to see both both of those sessions.
00:54:10 [Speaker 1]
Ultimately, that decision is on the human program team.
00:54:15 [Speaker 1]
But behind the scenes, they can use a lot of AI that we offer to make that work much more simple.
00:54:24 [Speaker 1]
Much more enjoyable if you want.

00:54:25 [Speaker 1]
Nobody wants to read to to 2,000 sessions manually, I then duplicate duplicates.

00:54:34 [Speaker 2]
Okay, Adi.
00:54:37 [Speaker 2]
What do you think?
00:54:38 [Speaker 2]
We have, more time if, required, but no questions.
00:54:44 [Speaker 2]
I see, cheesecake over there.
00:54:49 [Speaker 2]
Do you think it's time?

00:54:51 [Speaker 1]
It's time.
00:54:53 [Speaker 1]
It's time for you to take care of your cheesecake.
00:54:56 [Speaker 1]
It's time for us to say thank you to our viewers, for every for everybody there.
00:55:02 [Speaker 1]
We will publish this, this definitely in our community, community.run.events, but I can show you just so in the day or two, the the recording will be in our community together with the transcript, so people will be able to search all the clever things we just saw, we just told, and to ask AI about it.
00:55:23 [Speaker 1]
Did Stefan and Addis talk good things or yeah.

00:55:27 [Speaker 1]
Or or was so, and yeah.
00:55:32 [Speaker 1]
If you have any questions, if you have any, any other issues with what we said, please contact us either directly or post in the community.
00:55:43 [Speaker 1]
We will get back to you, and let's make awesome events.

00:55:48 [Speaker 2]
Thanks very much.

00:55:50 [Speaker 1]
Thank you, Stefan.

00:55:51 [Speaker 2]
Bye bye.

00:55:52 [Speaker 1]
Bye, everyone.
