Create Multiple Vouchers

Create Multiple Vouchers

The Multiple Vouchers feature enables you to generate several voucher codes at once with shared discount parameters. This feature is designed to help organizers efficiently distribute unique codes to groups—such as sponsors, partners, VIPs, or influencers—while maintaining consistent discount rules across all vouchers.

Note: Ticket reveals can currently only be configured when creating single vouchers. To enable ticket reveals for vouchers created in a batch, you must configure them manually for each voucher after creation.

Accessing Multiple Vouchers

Go to: Tickets and Attendees (Configure section) → Vouchers

Required fields:

  • Maximum uses per voucher
  • Validity period
  • Discount details
  • Ticket types to which the discount applies

Specify Voucher Names

This method allows you to assign specific names to each voucher—such as sponsor names, company identifiers, or personalized VIP codes.

  • Each voucher appears as a separate row in the list
  • Voucher names can include the following characters: " , - . / = +

Required fields:

  • Voucher name (for each voucher)
  • Maximum uses per voucher
