Re‑Sending Tickets to Attendees
There are situations where attendees may need their tickets re‑sent—for example, if they misplaced the original email, cannot locate their ticket, or never received it due to inbox filtering. As an Organizer, you can easily resend tickets directly from the admin panel.
Ticket Sending
To resend tickets to one or multiple attendees, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your event.
- Go to Tickets & Attendees → Tickets.


- Use the Search function to filter and locate your target attendees.

- Select the attendees by marking the checkboxes next to their names.
- Once at least one attendee is selected, the Send Ticket option becomes visible.

- Click Send Ticket and confirm the action.

After confirmation, all attendees who have assigned tickets will receive their ticket again at the email address used during checkout or online registration.
