Labels
Labels are custom tags that help categorise and organise content within your community. Administrators can create labels and apply them to articles and videos, making it easier for members to filter, browse, and discover relevant content.
Labels appear as filter options in the community feed, allowing users to quickly narrow down content by topic or theme.

Creating a New Label
To create a new label:
- Go to Labels
- Click New Label
- Fill in the label details:
Label Name
The name of the label as it will appear on content items and in filter lists.
Color
Choose a color for the label badge. This helps visually distinguish labels in the feed.
Show in Feed
Enable this option to display the label as a filter in the community feed. If disabled, the label can still be applied to content but won’t appear as a filter.

- Lower numbers appear first
- Leave empty for automatic ordering
Click Save to create the label.
