Content – Videos

The Videos section allows you to host, organise, and publish video content within your community. This includes both pre‑recorded videos and live webinar streams.

Videos can be hosted and streamed directly inside the community, supporting a variety of formats and providers.

Key Features

  • Supports YouTube videos and Stream Yard streams
  • Allows uploading video transcripts, which are indexed by the AI support bot — making spoken content fully searchable
  • Videos can be tagged with labels and organised into folders, just like articles
  • Viewing can be restricted to signed in members, even if anonymous browsing is enabled elsewhere
