Event Integration Page
Event Integration Pages automatically pull live event data from your linked run.events event and display it in a readymade, styled layout. No manual updates are needed — these pages always reflect the current state of your event.
Available Page Types
- Agenda - Displays the full event programme. Supports linear or tabular layouts, search, and filtering by track or level. Attendees can bookmark sessions, which syncs with the mobile app.
- Speakers - Shows all speaker profiles. Clicking a speaker opens a detailed page with biography and session list.
- Sponsors - Displays sponsor listings. Clicking a sponsor opens their dedicated page with contact details, products, services, and resources. Supports scaling factors per sponsor tier (e.g., Platinum 100%, Gold 75%, Silver 50%).
- Registration - Embeds the event registration form directly into the community.
- Assistance / Support - Provides a built-in help or support page.
- FAQ - Displays event FAQs in a structured layout.
Smart Interconnections
All Event Integration Pages are linked automatically:
- Sessions link to speakers
- Speakers link back to their sessions
- Sponsored sessions link to sponsor pages
- Sponsor logos link to sponsor profiles
This creates a seamless, fully navigable event experience with zero configuration.
Creation
These pages are not created automatically. They can be added by the organiser through the run.events platform.
Once created, they require no further setup — the data populates itself.
Event Integration Page — Field Definitions
When creating an Event Integration Page, you will configure several fields that determine how the page appears and how it connects to your event data.
Title - The name of the page displayed in the community navigation and at the top of the page. Example: Agenda, Speakers, Sponsors, FAQ.
Slug - The URL friendly identifier used to generate the page’s link.
- Automatically generated from the title
- Can be edited manually
- Must contain only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens
Folder - An optional organisational category used to group related pages. Useful when you have multiple event integration pages and want to keep them structured.
Page Type - For this page, the type is Event Integration Page. This determines that the page will automatically pull live data from the linked event.
Page Event - Select the event from which the page should pull data. This is required because Event Integration Pages display live, synced event information such as agenda, speakers, sponsors, or FAQs.

Description - A short summary of what the page contains. This may appear in page listings or internal management views.
Image - An optional featured image used for visual representation in page lists or previews. Useful for making event pages more visually appealing.
Header - A short line displayed above the page title. Often used for context or categorisation (e.g., “Event Information”, “Programme Overview”).

Intro Text
A formatted introductory block that appears at the top of the page. Use this to welcome visitors or explain what they will find on the page before the event data is displayed.
