Sponsorship dashboard: Booth Events - Onsite Experience

Sponsors can organize multiple Booth Events as part of their onsite engagement. Once everything is configured, the sponsor hosting the booth event should navigate to:


Booth Events → Select the event → Open the QR Code

The QR code is used for:

  • Attendee check‑in at the booth
  • Automatic entry into the prize drawing (if enabled)

 

When opened, a separate window displays the QR code required for check‑in, along with the prize information (if a prize drawing is enabled).

 


Tracking Booth Event Registrations

From the Sponsorship Dashboard, sponsors can easily track how many attendees have registered for the booth event. If the registration approaches or exceeds the planned limit, sponsors can adjust their settings or increase the capacity as needed.

 


Prize Drawing

If a prize drawing is enabled, the sponsor can click the Draw button to randomly select a winner. The system automatically selects from attendees who meet the eligibility criteria defined in the prize drawing settings.

 

Once the winner is selected, you can choose the next action. You may either repeat the prize drawing or save winner to finalize the result.

 


If you choose to save winner, the selected attendee will be recorded and displayed as part of that specific booth event.
