Sponsorship dashboard: Leads
If you, as a Sponsor, have been using the Lead Retrieval feature to capture attendee data at events through badge QR code scanning, the Sponsorship Dashboard provides a structured and centralized overview of all collected leads. This allows you to review captured information, qualify prospects, and prepare an effective post‑event follow‑up strategy. After the event, you can also export all leads for further processing.
Export leads after the event
You can export all scanned leads directly from your Sponsorship Dashboard.
- Go to the Sponsorship Dashboard: https://my.runevents.net/sponsor
- Click on Leads in the left‑side menu.

- Review your leads — you can view details, edit notes, apply labels, or adjust ratings.

- Click Export all leads to download your complete lead list in Excel format.

Information Shared with Sponsors via Lead Scanning and Lead Retrieval
The following mandatory system fields are always shared with sponsors when scanning attendee badges:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Country
Additional information may also be shared, depending on what the event organizer has configured and what the attendee provided during registration. This may include:
- Company
- Job role
- Attendee interests
- Other custom registration fields
These optional fields are visible only if they were predefined by the organizer and completed by the attendee.
