Our Booths Section
The Our Booths section of the Sponsor Dashboard allows you to configure and manage all aspects of your booth construction, including layout specifications, design elements, and setup requirements.
Uploading Design Data
Click Upload Design Data to submit your design files and specifications.
Please upload the smaller version of the design of this printable area, which will help booth builders to minimize mistakes with booth designs. The smaller version should be the same size in pixels as what is in millimetres - e.g.. if the printable area was 2000 mm x 2000 mm, the smaller size should be 2000 px x 2000px.
Make sure to upload scaled preview versions of your designs in this printable area (1px = 1mm ration). This will help builders to minimize mistakes with booth designs.
You can upload your design in the full quality via external file-sharing service of your choice, and paste the links to high-resolution files here.to a file sharing service of your choice, and past here the link to that design.
Customizing the Booth
Modify Flooring and Utilities
If applicable, you can customize your booth by:
- Selecting different flooring options
- Adding essential utilities such as:
- Power outlets
- Lighting fixtures
- Internet access
- Order additional equipment or services
Order Equipment and Additional Services
To request equipment or supplementary services, click the "+" button and enter your specific requirements.
Finalizing Booth Configuration
When your booth configuration is complete, click Confirm Booth Configuration .
Important: Once confirmed, your configuration will be locked. Only the event organizer can unlock it if modifications are required.
A confirmation email will be automatically sent to you as the designated sponsor representative.
