Sponsorship Deals

Sponsorship Deals provide a centralized workspace for managing all sponsor interactions, tracking progress, and organizing sponsors through customizable buckets. This view helps you monitor the status of each sponsor, collaborate with your team, and access contract‑related information quickly.

Sponsorship Deals allow you to:

  • Organize sponsors visually using buckets
  • Track progress through each stage of your sponsorship pipeline
  • Access sponsor details, notes, and contracts
  • Communicate internally with your team
  • Perform bulk or individual actions on sponsorship records

Accessing Sponsorship Deals

Go to: Sponsors → Sponsorship Deals

You will see a Kanban view, structured according to the buckets you have created and customized.

Actions Available in the Sponsorship Deals View

From the Kanban board, you can perform the following actions:

Bucket-Level Actions

  • Edit Bucket – Adjust the name or purpose of the bucket
  • Apply Label – Assign a sponsorship label to deals within the bucket
  • Send Email to Sponsors – Communicate directly with all sponsors in the bucket
  • Delete Bucket – Buckets containing confirmed sponsors cannot be deleted
  • Close Bucket – Mark a bucket as completed or no longer active

Actions on an Individual Sponsorship Deal

By clicking on a specific sponsorship deal, you can:

  • Flip the Sponsor Card to view contract details

  • View Notes related to the sponsor

  • Edit Sponsor Information

This allows you to manage each sponsor’s details efficiently.

All-Up View Features

At the top level of the Sponsorship Deals screen, you can:

  • Flip all sponsors at once to display contract information

  • View Closed Buckets for historical reference

  • Chat with colleagues, share internal notes, and upload files for team collaboration

Using the “+” Button

Clicking the + button allows you to:

  • Create a New Bucket
  • Add a New Sponsor
  • Import Sponsors from CRM

These options help you expand and organize your sponsorship pipeline.

Search and Filtering Options

On the right side of the screen, you can filter or search sponsorship deals by:

  • Items
  • Owners
  • Labels
  • Custom Fields

These filters make it easy to locate specific sponsors or analyze segments of your sponsorship pipeline.
