Sponsorship Packages

Sponsorship packages allow you to group multiple sponsorship items into structured, ready‑to‑offer bundles. Each package can include several items, have its own price, and be customized for individual sponsors when needed. This flexibility helps you create both standardized and personalized sponsorship deals.

Creating a New Sponsorship Package

Before creating a package, ensure that all relevant sponsorship items have already been configured.

Steps to Create a Package

Navigate to your list of sponsorship items.
Select the items you want to include in the package.
Click + Create a new package from selected items.

A flyout window will open where you can define the package details.

Name - Enter a clear and descriptive name for the sponsorship package.
Description - Add a short explanation of what the package includes and its purpose.
Price - Set the price for the entire package. You can later adjust pricing individually for specific sponsors if needed.
Public Visibility - Choose whether the package should be publicly visible and available for purchase within the Sponsorship Dashboard.
Items Included - Review the list of items selected for this package. You can confirm or adjust the included items before saving.

Managing Sponsorship Packages

Once sponsorship packages are created, you can view and manage them from a central location.

Accessing Sponsorship Packages

Go to: Sponsors → Sponsorship Packages

Here you will see a complete list of all packages you have created.

Editing a Sponsorship Package

Click on any sponsorship package in the list.
A flyout window will open with the package details.
From this view, you can edit:
- Package name
- Description
- Price
- Public visibility settings
- Items included in the package

This allows you to adjust the package as needed for your event or for specific sponsors.

Reviewing Package Pricing

When editing a package, you can select and review the items included in it. The system will display:

The total price of all items combined

This helps you determine the appropriate package price, especially when offering bundle discounts or custom pricing for sponsors.
