Ticket View - Search behavior wishes
Hi Team,
I love working with the platform. Now getting closer to our event I was working a lot with the Ticket section. I constantly search for tickets ... and noticed the following, when typing the name of an attendee:
- Hitting "Enter" does not start the search ... I always have to click "apply" --> any chance to change that?
- in the speaker list the list is filtered on the fly, while typing ... that would would be great to have in the ticket section too.
Last but not least I would like to have an option to search for tickets with badges created at a certain day and time.
Why: we are pre-printing the tickets ... after printing we noticed several tickets were misprinted, e.g. because the company name was to long ... so we need to redo them. So we invalidated the badge .. in order to adjust the company name
Then we created new badges ... but the PDF printer failed ... in run.events the tickets were marked as badge created ... but we had not printed them.
So, I had to find the tickets again ... would have been great to just filter for the tickets with badges created minutes ago --> and bäm ... reprint.
