Sponsor Session Submission Feature

Hi Team,

another idea to further improve the platform. We have sponsors that get a speaker-slot with their packages. In order for us, to have their speakers and sessions online, we need them to submit their Sessions via the Call for Speakers link. This brings two main issues:

- for our community speakers we ask a couple of questions, like T-Shirt-size, free hotel nights, etc. --> those fields are not needed for the sponsor speakers ... but causes a bit of confusion for them

- in many cases the sponsor representative saw the task to create a speaker profile and submit a session and they wanted to do it for the speaker --> this caused a bunch of issues, like duplicate profiles. Name of the representative and not speakers name, etc.

So I have two ideas:
- allow a separate call for speakers configuration for sponsors ... or in general allow for multiple call for speakers settings, that e.g. can be accessed via specific links

- extend the sponsor dashboard in a way that they can submit session from right there ... with that it would not matter if it is the representative or the speaker itself, who submits ... and we could auto-label the session as sponsor session, match them to the right sponsor, etc. --> right now this is all manual work afterwards.

Maybe this is something that could help others too?!
