Toggle Assign Tickets On/Off
Hello,
One our biggest challenges with registration last year is that people did not understand the second step of assigning the tickets to themselves. This caused delays in our registration lines and a lot of manual support we didnt have enough time to do effectively before the event.
While we completely understand the benefit of getting multiple tickets in one purchase and assigning to different people, for our audience this is not the majority and actually the exception to the rule. As a former Executive Assistant, I was quite accustomed to navigating single ticket purchases and we would prefer that setup for our event tickets this year. Is this possible?
