Anonymous Voting for Sessions and hidden results until I voted
I'm not sure if this already exists for non-admins, but as the event admin I can see the what everyone's rating is for a session.
I would love if we could have the option to make it anonymous and I would also prefer if you couldn't see the current rating (average) until I cast my rating.
