Improved Checkout Experience
We're noticing a lot of incomplete orders for our event. We have tickets that are:
- Unpaid and assigned
- Unpaid and unassigned
- Paid and unassigned
I know that in Europe they are used to this style of checkout, but as you move into other markets (especially USA), it would be very helpful to have way to ensure the user completes the entire workflow before they are "done".
At the very least, can you add automated email reminders to let people know they haven't completed the steps?
