Date and calendar format localization

Hi Support,
I've noticed that date and calendar format are localized for USA only (MM/DD/YYYY) and Sunday as first day of the week.
Is it possibile to add a setting to choose the localization? For ex DD/MM/YYYY and Monday as first day of the week in Europe.
The date format is used in mail footer too, this could cause event issues (a European users could think that our event, scheduled for 5 June 25, will be on 6 May instead
