To remove a custom field from the ticket, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Ticket Configuration
2. Click on the edit icon for the ticket that needs this field removed, and choose Custom Fields tab. Here you can see all the custom fields and you can choose to remove or edit them

Unfortunately, that’s not possible. However, as an alternative, we suggest renaming one of the custom fields to clearly differentiate between them.
