Customizing Your Attendance: Tickets, Add-ons and Options
If you need to purchase additional tickets, you can do so directly through the Attendee Dashboard under Manage My Ticket. This means you do not need to return to the event website to complete your purchase.
Getting More Tickets
In the same dashboard, you can also view any available add-ons associated with your ticket type. Where applicable, you may directly register for activities such as workshops, tutorials, dinners, or other optional activities - all in one place.
To purchase additional tickets:
Click Get More Tickets and a new window will open where you can:
- Apply a voucher code, if available
- Select the ticket type
- Specify the desired quantity
Click Add Selected Ticket to proceed with the purchase:
Getting More Ticket Add-ons
Once tickets are added to your account, each ticket—whether newly purchased or already owned—will show any available add-ons.
To purchase an add-on:
- Select the add-on
- Click Get This Add-on
This allows you to enhance your participation by adding optional activities or features to your ticket type.
Removing Ticket Add-ons
If you need to remove an add-on, simply click the Delete button:
When Add-ons are added/removed, the Summary of Your Purchase will automatically update to reflect the changes, including the recalculated total price:
Place Your Order
After selecting your add-ons and choosing any available options, click Proceed to continue to the checkout process:
You can review all selected tickets and add-ons before finalizing your order.
Choosing Option for Tickets or Ticket Add-Ons
Depending on the event setup, organizers may enable customization options for certain ticket types or add-ons. These options allow attendees to select preferences—such as choosing between different activity types—especially when availability is limited.
To select ticket options:
Click on +Ticket options:
Choose your preferred ticket option from the list provided:
