Sponsor Booth Events – Mobile App Experience
Sponsor Booth Events allow sponsors to host small onsite activities at their booths or any other location to attract attendees, drive engagement, and create meaningful interactions.
If you’re interested in these types of side events during the conference, follow the guidance below and explore the available possibilities.
To explore and join Booth Events from the mobile app, follow these steps:
- Open the app and tap the Connect button/label.

- Navigate to the Social tab.
Here you will see all available Social Events, including Sponsor Booth Events organized by sponsors.

- Tap any event to open its details.
Event Details View
Within the event details screen, attendees can see:
- Event title
- Location
- Start and end date/time
- Available spots (capacity and remaining places)
- Prize information, if a prize drawing is enabled
- Event admins
- Availability status (public or restricted)
- Notification settings for the event

Adding the Event to Your Agenda
Attendees can:
- Add the event to My Agenda – this registers attendees for the event


- Remove from My Agenda – this unregisters attendees from this booth event organized by a sponsor

Adding the event to My Agenda confirms participation and ensures the attendee is included in any capacity limits or prize drawing eligibility.
If booth event is full, attendees may not be able to register. It is important to check available spots before planning to attend.
Checking Into a Booth Event
To check in for a Booth Event, simply scan the QR code displayed at the booth location. If the event includes a prize drawing, scanning the QR code automatically makes you eligible to participate.

After checking in, you will receive a notification confirming that you have been entered into the prize drawing.

If you are selected as the winner, you will also receive a push notification on your mobile device.
