Sponsorship Buckets

Sponsorship Buckets are useful for organizing sponsorship deals by negotiation stage. They allow you to track progress, prioritize outreach, and manage sponsor relationships more effectively throughout the sales cycle.

Go to: Sponsors -> Buckets

The default system Sponsorship Buckets are:

  • Considered
  • Negotiating
  • Confirmed
  • Declined
  • Cancelled

You can create additional Sponsorship Buckets by clicking the “+Add new” icon, or managing them directly from the Buckets section.

 

Configure the new Sponsorship Bucket by adding:

  • Bucket name
  • Bucket type
  • Bucket colour

Managing Sponsors and Sponsorship Deals using Buckets

Go to: Sponsors -> Sponsorship Deals:

All existing buckets will be visible here, and sponsors will be placed into the appropriate buckets based on their sponsorship deals.

 

New Buckets can be added from the Sponsorship Deals screen,

and from the Sponsorship List screens, also.

Go to: Sponsors -> Sponsorship List –> “+Add new” -> “+New bucket”
