Sponsorship Dashboard: Assets
The Assets tab allows Sponsor Representatives to upload and manage all materials that will appear on their sponsor profile in the event website (if enabled) and in the run.events mobile app. These assets help attendees learn about your company, connect with your team, and explore your products or giveaways.
You can manage the following categories:
- Contacts
- Assets (documents & links)
- Products & Services
- Giveaways
Accessing the Assets Tab
Go to: Sponsorship Dashboard → Assets

If your sponsorship package includes a dedicated sponsor subpage on the event website and mobile app, you will see all available asset categories here. If category is not visible, it may not be included in your sponsorship package. Contact the event organizer to confirm what is available for you.
Contacts
Contacts allow you to display key people attendees can reach out to. These appear on your sponsor profile and make it easy for attendees to connect with the right person on your team — whether that's sales, support, PR, or any other function. Multiple contacts can be added for different purposes, helping drive leads and networking opportunities throughout the event.
Add a New Contact
- Click Add Contact.

- A flyout window opens.
- Fill in:
- Contact Type (e.g., Email, LinkedIn, Website, Phone)

- Value (the actual email address, LinkedIn URL, phone number, etc.)

Assets (Documents & Links)
Assets allow you to share brochures, whitepapers, product sheets, pitch decks, or external links with attendees, making your marketing materials easily accessible directly from your sponsor profile. For events with international audiences, assets support multilingual content — you can upload or link separate materials for different languages. This gives attendees the opportunity to explore your company, products, and services both before and during the event.
Add a New Asset
- Click Add Asset.

- A flyout window opens.
- Choose whether you are uploading a File or adding a Link.
If uploading a File
- Upload a document (max size 25MB)
- Select the language
- Add a title
- Add a description

If adding a Link
- Paste the URL
- Select the language
- Add a title
- Add a description

Products & Services
Showcase what your company offers directly on your sponsor profile giving attendees a clear view of your core products and services in one place. This helps potential customers quickly understand your value proposition without having to search for information elsewhere, and increases the visibility of your solutions throughout the event.
Add a New Product/Service
- Click Add Product/Service.

- A flyout window opens.
- Fill in:
- Name of the product or service
- Description explaining what it is and why it matters

If the event includes Gamification or sponsor‑driven rewards, you can list items you will distribute to attendees, giving them a clear view of what they can earn through event activities. This helps organisers keep track of gamification inventory across all sponsors, and encourages attendees to visit your booth and engage with your team to collect rewards.
Add a New Giveaway
- Click Add Giveaway.

- A flyout window opens.
- Fill in:
- Image of the giveaway item
- Name
- Description
- Price (points or value used in gamification)
- Quantity available
- Limit per user (optional)
- Active / Inactive toggle
