Partners & Sponsors Visibility in the Mobile App
The run.events mobile app gives attendees a simple and intuitive way to explore Partners, Sponsors, and Exhibitors at the event. This feature helps you learn more about each company, connect with their team, and discover their products, services, and giveaways.
Attendees can view a wide range of information, including Contacts, Assets (documents and links), Products & Services, Giveaways, Booth Events, Sessions, and the team members representing each company at the event.
How to Access Partners & Sponsors
- Open the mobile app and tap the “Coin” button/label in the bottom-left corner.
- Navigate to the Partners tab.
- Tap any Partner to open its details.
Partner Details View
Within the Partner details screen, attendees can see:
Partner / Sponsor / Exhibitor Name
At the top of the page, you’ll find the company name, logo and a short company profile.
Book a Meeting
By scrolling down, you’ll find the Book a Meeting section.

Our Sessions
This section displays all sessions hosted by the sponsor.
Tap any session to view full details, add it to your personal agenda, rate the session, or connect with the speaker.

Our Team at the Event
Here you’ll see all representatives from the company. Tap any person to view their profile, connect, or send a direct message.

This section includes additional contact information such as LinkedIn profiles for easier networking.

Learn more about the specific products and services the company offers.

If the event uses Gamification, sponsors may offer swag items that attendees can redeem using collected coins.

Sponsor Booth Events
