Delete tickets
Hello,
we'd like to delete an old ticket category that we have once created.
It is not in use anymore and all participants that had bought it have been cancelled.
Nevertheless we are not able to delete the ticket category.
Can you help us, please?

Ticket type can be deleted only if no tickets have been issued.
Because of transactional and financial consistency, even if all tickets are cancelled, it's not possible to delete ticket type once ticket with that ticket type is issued. Ticket, even when cancelled, can still have payment and refund attached and this makes deletion impossible due to regulation.
