I've had some issues with speakers ordering their tickets and few have accidentally generated unassigned general adminision tickets, instead of the free speaker ticket. Is there a way for me to fix that on my end?

Thank you for your email.
You can cancel the unwanted tickets by placing a cancellation request and approving it from your admin dashboard:
Main event page -> Tickets and Attendees -> Tickets
