Configuration settings for Side events, Booth events and Gamification
The run.events platform allows organizers to enhance attendee engagement by enabling three key interactive features: Attendee Side Events, Sponsor Booth Events, and Gamification. These settings can be activated at the event level to support networking, sponsor visibility, and attendee participation.
Attendee Side Events
Attendee Side Events allow participants to organise small onsite activities that enhance networking, spark conversations, and create meaningful interactions throughout the conference. These activities appear in the mobile app under the Social tab and are fully attendee‑driven.

Sponsor Booth events
Sponsor Booth Events enable sponsors to organise their own mini‑events directly from their Sponsorship Dashboard. These may include product demos, presentations, meet‑and‑greets, prize drawings, or other activities designed to attract attendees to their booth.
Sponsors can host these activities at their booth or any other designated location to drive engagement and create meaningful interactions.

Gamification
The Gamification feature introduces a fun, competitive layer to your event. Attendees can earn coins by completing various activities, and later use these coins to “purchase” rewards. Rewards may include prizes provided by sponsors, encouraging deeper participation and sponsor visibility.
