The ticket unassign option can be blocked for the following reasons:
- You are not the ticket purchaser. Only the person who purchased the ticket can un-assign or re-assign the ticket.
- There is already a valid badge printed for this ticket. Tickets with already printed badges cannot be reassigned.
- The organizer has configured the ticket type as "cannot be reassigned". This is often the case with free tickets or with special tickets such as sponsor and speaker tickets.
Please check if one of these reasons could be causing your problem.
