Expo – Booth Template Configuration (For Organizers)

The Expo – Booth Template Configuration feature allows event organizers to efficiently manage and standardize the offerings associated with exhibitor booths. Booth templates define the structure, pricing, and printable areas of exhibitor booths and can later be bundled into sponsorship packages.

Creating Booth Templates

You can create booth configurations in two ways:

  • +Add from Catalogue – Select a predefined booth template from the existing catalogue to quickly apply standard benefits and pricing.
  • +Create New – Build a custom booth template from scratch by defining specific benefits, features, and pricing tailored to your event or exhibitor needs.

Add a Booth Template from Catalogue

This option is ideal when working with standardized booth structures already supported by the platform. Click on one of the existing templates:

  • Size
  • Dimensions (Width, Depth, Height)

Once saved, the template becomes available for booth assignments and sponsorship packages.

Managing Printable Areas

After creating or selecting a booth template, you can define Printable Area options, by configuring:

Pricing and Sponsorship Bundling

  • You can: Adjust prices for individual sales
  • Apply discounts

Use custom pricing as needed. Once offerings are established, they can be bundled into Sponsorship Packages, each with its own price.

Organizers may choose to make these packages public or offer them exclusively to selected sponsors.
