There is one known issue with the Microsoft Work or School account login at the moment:
- Some companies enforce restrictions on using their Microsoft 365 logins into other applications and sites. That policy effectively prevents using Microsoft 365 Work or School accounts from that tenant (company) for logging into run.events.
Workarounds:
- Ask you tenant administrator to enable logging into run.events with your Microsoft 365 Work or School accounts.
- Use your personal Micrsoft account for logging into run.events (outlook.com, hotmail.com)
- Use alternative login provider (LinkedIn, Apple, Google, Facebook...) to log into run.events.
