Basic Event Identity Settings (For Organizers)
Overview
Basic Event Identity Settings allow organizers to define the core visual assets for an event. These settings form the foundation of the event’s branding and are reused across multiple platform touchpoints.
This article explains where to configure these settings and how each asset is used.
Go to:
Event Level → Event Settings

Click on Event Identity

From this section, you can upload and manage your event’s primary branding assets.

Event Logo
The event logo is the primary visual identifier of your event.
Usage includes:
- Event dashboards
- Email headers
- Mobile app views
- Invoices and tickets
Recommendations:
- Ideal size: 600x600
- Use a high-quality image (PNG or JPG format)
- Prefer transparent backgrounds
- SVG format is recommended when supported
Header Image
The header image is typically displayed at the top of event pages and dashboards.
Usage includes: Website widgets
Recommendations:
- Ideal size: 1200 × 630 pixels
- Aspect ratio: Approximately 1.9:1 (landscape)

Splash Picture
