Managing Influencer Campaign

As an event organizer, you can track Influencer Engagements, Missing Engagements, and the Influencer Leaderboard directly in the Marketing Reports section. These reports provide a complete view of influencer activity — from conversions and ticket sales to campaigns with no engagement, to overall performance rankings. For added convenience, all reports can be exported with a single click.

To access these reports:

Go to: Event level -> Marketing -> Reports

Influencer Engagements

The Influencer Engagements report allows you to search for an influencer by name and view the campaign they participated in.

The report also displays:

  • The unique voucher created for the infulencer
  • The number of conversions and tickets sold through the influencer’s post
  • The posting date for the engagement.

This gives you a detailed overview of how each influencer contributed to your event’s ticket sales and engagement efforts.

Missing Engagements

The Missing Engagements report provides a clear overview of influencers and the campaigns they participated in that did not generate any engagement. This makes it easy to identify which campaigns may need additional follow-up or attention.

Influencer Leaderboard

The Influencer Leaderboard allows you to view influencers by name and campaign, showing which individuals achieved the highest results in:

  • Engagements
  • Conversions
  • Ticket sales

The leaderboard also displays the total points each influencer has earned overall, helping you assess top performers at a glance.
