This document outlines which sections of the Sponsorship Dashboard are visible and editable to different sponsor roles within the run.events platform.

• Visible and editable to the Sponsor Representative.

• Visible only if created by the Organizer.

Visibility Based on Assigned Roles

Sponsor Staff with Leads Role Only
The user sees:

• Lead Retrieval Configuration

• Booth Events (if allowed)

Sponsor Staff with Booths Role Only
The user sees:
• FAQ (if set)
• Booth Events (if allowed)

Sponsor Staff with Meetings Role Only
The user sees:
• FAQ (if set)
• Booth Events (if allowed)
• Meetings

Sponsor Staff with Sponsor Ticket Only (No Roles)
The user sees:
• FAQ (if set)
• Booth Events (if allowed)
