“Our Tickets”
By clicking on “Our Tickets”, you will get a complete overview of all tickets issued to your team. This is the place where you can manage complementary tickets and assign them to your event team, or purchase ticket add-ons and additional sponsor tickets:
The ticket overview includes the following information:
- Ticket description, cost, and any selected add-ons
- Payment status and option to complete payment
- Ticket number and purchase/issue date
- Assignment status—who the ticket is assigned to, or if it still needs to be assigned
You can perform the following actions:
- assign or unassign a ticket
- cancel the ticket
- download the invoice
- or print the ticket.
This tab helps you stay organized and ensures every team member has the right access for the event.
