Accessing Your run.events Sponsor Dashboard
Once you’ve registered for an event, you can log in to your personal run.events dashboard:
- Go to the LOG IN page: https://my.runevents.net
- Enter the email address you used for event registration.
By opening My run.events dashboard: https://my.runevents.net/ and selecting a Sponsor role you can access events where you are participating as a sponsor.
A dedicated Sponsor Dashboard: https://my.runevents.net/sponsor will open, giving you the tools and rights associated with your sponsor role.
"My Profile"
My Profile is the section of your account where you manage your user profile settings and personal information.

"My Account"
Under the My Account tab, you can manage key settings related to your run.events account, like Change and verify my notification email address and Account Deletion.
“Manage My Tickets”
Under the “Manage My Tickets” tab, you can manage your own tickets. If you hold the “Sponsor Representative” role, you’ll also be able to manage all sponsor tickets on behalf of your team.
“Contact Organizer”
Use this tab to reach out directly to the event organizer. Enter your subject, write your message, and hit send. It’s the easiest way to ask questions, request support, or share important updates.
"Support & Feedback"
This Tab is leading you directly to run.events Community portal: https://community.run.events/, where members can share ideas, ask questions, and offer support.
