"My Account" tab
- The “My Account” tab allows you to manage key settings related to your run.events account.
- Change and verify my notification email address – This is the email used to send your event tickets and urgent event notifications. It also serves as your primary proof of identity and will be required for account recovery if needed.
We strongly recommend using an email address that you check regularly. - Account Deletion – You can permanently delete your run.events account from this section. Note that all your data, event tickets, and access will be lost upon deletion.
Important: Account deletion is not possible if you still hold valid tickets for upcoming events.
