Requesting Ticket Cancellation and Refund

Requesting Ticket Cancellation and Refund

Important note: Only the original ticket purchaser can cancel or request refund for a ticket. If the ticket has been assigned to someone else, the purchaser must initiate the cancellation or refund, or a support request must be made to the event organizer.

Through the Attendee Dashboard, attendees have additional ticket management options - including requesting a ticket cancellation and refund, if allowed by the event organizers’ terms and conditions.

Scenario 1: Free or Unpaid Tickets

Click the B button on the ticket for the event you are attending. This will immediately perform the cancelation action. The ticket status will change to Cancelation requested.

Scenario 2: Paid Tickets
