Managing Gamification Features
Track Coins
All coins earned by attendees - and all related transactions - are automatically tracked and recorded by the platform.
To view earned coins:
Go to: Gamification -> Coins Earned

This ensures that organizers and sponsors have a complete overview of attendee engagement, including how coins are earned (e.g., booth visits, session attendance, survey completion).

Track Transactions
You can view and manage all transaction data under the Transactions sections of the dashboard.
Go to: Gamification -> Transactions

These areas provide a clear overview of how attendees are spending coins, giving organizers and sponsors insight into engagement patterns and the effectiveness of gamification features.

Leaderboard
All participants are ranked on a Leaderboard according to the total number of coins they have earned.
Go to: Gamification -> Leaderboard

The Leaderboard allows you to see who is leading, how many coins attendees havecollected, and their current coin balance or status.

This information is also visible in the mobile app, ensuring that attendees can easily access and track their coin balance, transactions, and leaderboard status directly from their devices.

The leaderboard adds an extra layer of friendly competition, motivating attendees to participate more actively in event activities such as visiting booths, attending sessions, and completing surveys.
