Cancellation requests are received for unpaid, canceled tickets. To review a cancellation request, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Event Dashboard:
- Go to Finances.
- Click on Cancellation Requests.
View and Manage Requests:
- All cancellation requests are displayed in a table format.
- You can export the table or filter/search requests by status, customer name, or country.
Approve or Decline Requests:
- Click on a request to view more details and to approve or decline it.
