Reviewing Cancellation Requests


Cancellation requests are received for unpaid, canceled tickets. To review a cancellation request, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Event Dashboard:
  • Go to Finances.
  • Click on Cancellation Requests.

View and Manage Requests:

  • All cancellation requests are displayed in a table format.
  • You can export the table or filter/search requests by status, customer name, or country.

Approve or Decline Requests:

  • Click on a request to view more details and to approve or decline it.
