To review a refund request, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Event Dashboard:
- Go to Finances.
- Click on RefundRequests.
View and Manage Requests:
- All refund requests are displayed in a table format.
- You can export the table or filter/search requests by status, customer name, or country.
Approve or Decline Requests:
- Click on a request to view more details and to approve or decline it.
- Click on Documents tab to see your Invoices, Invoice Corrections...
- Tickets tab has all the tickets connected to mentioned Invoices.
