Reviewing Refund Requests


To review a refund request, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Event Dashboard:
  • Go to Finances.
  • Click on RefundRequests.

View and Manage Requests:

  • All refund requests are displayed in a table format.
  • You can export the table or filter/search requests by status, customer name, or country.

Approve or Decline Requests:


  • Click on a request to view more details and to approve or decline it. 

  • Click on Documents tab to see your Invoices, Invoice Corrections... 

  • Tickets tab has all the tickets connected to mentioned Invoices.
