Walk-in registrations (ticket registration and purchases on-site)


Sometimes, the person approaching the registration support desk might not possess a ticket yet, and you want to quickly hand out a ticket to this new attendee.

In order to handle such walk-in registrations quickly, we recommend to purchase a number of unassigned tickets beforehand, by using a 100% discount voucher code, within the user profile of the support agent or another member of the organization team.

At the support desk, you can then easily find those unassigned tickets by entering the purchase name in the search field:


Choose one of these unassigned tickets by clicking “OPEN TICKET”, and assign it to the new attendee.

In order to assign the ticket to the new person, use the option “Configure manually” to enter the attendee data yourself, or use the option “Invite Assignee” to send the ticket to the attendee via email, so she/he can personalize the ticket.

You can apply the same procedure for persons who are registered for the event, but their ticket type needs to be changed. You can solve such case by cancelling the wrong ticket, and assigning a new ticket of the correct ticket type.
