Support desk - Correcting attendee data

Go to: Badges and Check-In -> Support Desk

Use a barcode scanning device or the “Search” field to find and review the related ticket details

In the slide-out with the ticket details, click on Configure manually to correct attendee registration data:


Important note: Please be aware that you need to invalidate the badge, before being able to print out a new one with the corrected data: Invalidating and reissuing attendee badges | Badges and Check-In | run.events
