Communications module overview
The run.events Communications module provides tools that support attendee networking and organiser‑to‑attendee communication. Most networking features are available through the run.events mobile application.

Once logged in, attendees can connect with others by:

- Schedule meetings
- Share files and photos
Connections remain active after the event, allowing continued communication through the mobile app.
Private and Public Groups
The mobile app supports:
- Private chat groups created by attendees
- Public groups that any attendee can join
Organisers can:
- Moderate public groups
- Remove inappropriate content
- Delete groups if required
