How to get started
In order to be able to send out custom rich emails from run.events, please make sure to complete the following steps:
Integrate your email provider within your organizer dashboard: Integrating Email Providers with run.events
Create Email Designs and Email Templates
Sending out rich emails
Go to: Tickets & Attendees -> Tickets


Using the Search and Filter options, select the Tickets and Attendees who should receive your Rich email:

Select your recipients:

Click "Send Email"

Define the details:

Activate the toggle "Text email" to set it to "Rich email":

Enter the Subject of your rich email:

Select the Email Template you want to send, and click the "Send" button:

Sending Emails
The email functionality is available throughout the platform, allowing you to communicate with different stakeholders directly from relevant sections. This action of sending email you can perform from the following views:
- Tickets and Attendees → Tickets - Email ticket holders: Sending emails to Attendees | Ticketing & Registration | run.events
- Content and Speakers → Content Organizer - Email speakers/content participants: Speaker Communication | Content and Speakers | run.events
- Sponsors → Sponsorships List - Email sponsors
- Sponsors → Sponsor Staff - Email sponsor team members
- Sponsors → Sponsor Tasks - Email regarding sponsor-related tasks
- Marketing → Incomplete Orders - Email customers with incomplete purchase
