Speaker management is located in content and speakers in the Manage section. Please note, that this is not where you manage their speaker status or their sessions. You will do that in the content organizer screen.

Here, on this screen, you can manage their data such as name, profile photo, and company they work for, as well as all the custom fields that you have defined for speakers at the custom fields screen.

When you open the speaker management, your speakers will be listed (if you have already entered them).

To add a new speaker, go to add new.

A flyout window will open with fields where you can find information about that speaker. Profile photo, first name, last name, email, country, speaker biography and those are mandatory fields. You can choose custom fields that are defined in the speaker form (see speaker forms). As well as the labels defined in speaker labels.

If you want the speaker to be featured, check is featured.

The Featured Speaker option allows you to manage speaker visibility on the website.
This is controlled through the widget settings, where you can use optional attributes:

  • If set to true, only speakers marked as featured will be displayed.
  • If set to false (default), the widget will display all speakers.

Save changes and then you should see the speaker on the list.

In addition, on search, you can search for speakers using different filters, send emails, or export them in Excel format. On the custom columns option, you can select certain custom fields that will be displayed at the end of the row.

Speaker Images on Agenda Widget

**Behaviour:**When a session has 5 or more speakers, their individual images are not displayed on the agenda widget. Instead, they are replaced by an icon.

**Reason:**This is intentional, not a bug. Displaying a large number of speaker images within a single session would negatively impact the layout and readability of the agenda widget.
