Sponsorship Items
Sponsorship items represent the various benefits you offer to sponsors, such as booths, sponsor lounges, dinners, tickets, and more. These items can be customized based on the needs of each sponsor.
Creating a New Sponsorship Item
Go to: Sponsors -> Sponsorship Items
To add a new sponsorship item, click + Create a new item. You will then be prompted to configure the following fields:
- Name - Provide a clear and descriptive name for the sponsorship item.
- Description - Add a short explanation of what the item includes or represents.
- Price - Each sponsorship item can have its own price. You can later adjust the price individually for each sponsor if needed.
- Max Availability - Define how many units of this item are available.
- Public Visibility - Specify whether the item should be publicly visible and available for purchase within the Sponsorship Dashboard.
- Individual Purchase Availability - Choose whether this item can be purchased individually (outside of predefined sponsorship packages).
Managing Sponsorship Items
Once a sponsorship item is created, you can view and manage its details directly from the item list.
Viewing Item Details
- Click on the sponsorship item you want to review.
- A flyout window will open on the right side of the screen.
- In this view, you can see:
- How many bookings have been made for this item
- Current availability based on your defined maximum
- A list of sponsors who have this item included as part of their sponsorship package
This provides a quick overview of how the item is being used across your sponsorships.
