Important Note: Sponsor Representative

Sponsor representatives must be defined and invited early in the sponsorship process. Once assigned, from you as event organizer, they will gain access to the Sponsor Dashboard at https://my.runevents.net/ , where they can:

  • Assign sponsor tickets to their team members
  • Manage staff roles and booth responsibilities
  • Track communications, leads, and tasks related to their sponsorship
  • Manage their event presence and visibility

This ensures sponsors have full control over their team’s participation and visibility throughout the event.


Once sponsor tickets are assigned by activating the “Sponsor Ticket” checkbox in the Staff tab by you as an event organizer or by the Sponsor representative through the Sponsorship Dashboard, the system will automatically send the ticket via email to each selected team member:

AI-generated content may be incorrect.

Note: they will be asked to sign in to their existing run.events account or create one if they don't already have it. They should remember which email address or login they used to log in to run.events as the most common issue is forgetting this information and then attempting to access event data with a different login that is not connected to their sponsorship.
