Lead Retrieval - Availability of Attendee Information

Availability of Attendee Information (Organizer view and setup)

Lead retrieval enables sponsors and exhibitors to capture attendee data at events through badge QR code scanning. The Sponsorship Dashboard and Mobile App provide structured information that helps qualify leads and support effective follow up.

The available attendee information include:

  • Default information: 
    • Basic contact details – First name, last name, email address, and country
  • Optional information: 
    • Work information – Job title and company 
  • Custom information examples:
    • Professional information – Industry, purchasing authority, or decision making role
    • Interests – Specific areas of interest indicated during registration

Organizers can customize the registration form with additional fields relevant to sponsors. These fields can be marked as mandatory during online check-out/registration and configured to be visible to sponsors, ensuring they receive the most valuable attendee insights.

Leads Tab

Clicking on a sponsor screen opens a flyout panel containing multiple functionalities and tabs with all relevant sponsor information. 

Single Sponsorship Overview | Sponsor management | run.events

View leads scanned by the sponsor during the event and export them if needed.


Important Note: Please check how Leads are retrieved and how attendee data is captured through badge QR code scanning from the Sponsor’s point of view. This includes both the Sponsorship Dashboard and the Mobile App experience.
