Managing Sponsor Staff Roles

The role of each individual within a sponsorship is determined collaboratively by the event organizer and/or the sponsor’s representative. Assigning the right roles ensures that each team member has access to the tools and information they need.

Available role options include:

  • Mailing - Grants access to all communications related to the sponsorship, such as updates, reminders, and announcements.
  • Leads - Enables the individual to collect, view, and analyse leads generated during the event.
  • Tasks - Allows visibility and management of tasks associated with the sponsorship, ensuring responsibilities are tracked and completed.
  • Booth - Provides access to booth-order related tasks, logistics, and setup details, helping manage the sponsor’s physical presence at the event.

Assigning Sponsor Tickets via the “Staff” tab

Usually, sponsor tickets will be assigned by the sponsor representative by using the ticket assignment functionality on the Sponsorship Dashboard. Within this assignment process, sponsor staff members will automatically be added as onboarded sponsor staff members.

Alternatively, you can also To assign sponsor tickets as an organizer via the “Staff” tab:

  • Activate the “Sponsor Ticket” - In the “Staff” tab, check the box labelled “Sponsor Ticket” for each individual who should receive a ticket.

 

  • Ticket Usage Tracking - Every staff member with this box checked is considered to have used one of the dedicated sponsor tickets included in the sponsorship deal and package. This method ensures accurate ticket allocation and helps you monitor how many tickets have been assigned per sponsorship.
